Join the Second Annual
Junior CLG Virtual Camp

CLG is once again bringing the fun summer camp and gaming experiences together - for free. The Junior CLG Virtual Camp is an amazing way to connect with your child’s interests in gaming and provide them with the opportunity to engage in creative projects, develop skills, learn healthy habits, and get a behind-the-scenes look at esports from our professional players, staff, and industry experts. We are excited to have Cleverlike Studios leading our Minecraft week with 5 sessions teaching real-world game development skills.

In collaboration with the North America Scholastic Esports Federation (NASEF), the camps are offered as three weeks of one-hour sessions and a single day Valorant Bootcamp:

Is this really free?

Is there information on the programming for each camp?

More information on each camp will be available in June.

I signed up and haven’t seen any information on the camp I signed up for - where is the information being sent?

All communication will be sent via email to the email the parent signed up with. Please check your spam or promotions folder to see if the email was sent there. Emails will be sent out the day before the week of camp begins for each respective camp.

I have questions as a parent and/or would like to know more about the esports and gaming industry.

Join our Parent’s Night on July 11th! More information will be sent once you are signed up.

What is the age range of the camps?

We recommend campers be between the ages of 10 - 16.

Is professional gaming really a thing? Are there clear career opportunities?

Professional gaming or esports is becoming more mainstream every year. High schools and colleges have official varsity teams and are offering scholarships. Professional esports teams have a full set of physical therapists, nutritionists, and mental health coaches, along with strategy coaches and analysts to support their players. Teams are backed by a full support staff handling operations, marketing, and partnerships.

We welcome you to join our esports careers camp to learn more.

Will I need to know how to play Minecraft and Fortnite for their respective camps?

We recommend campers have basic knowledge and experience with the game for the Fortnite and Minecraft camps.

I’m only interested in one of the camps, is it ok to just sign up for one?

Yes, each camp is independent of each other so if you’d like to just sign up for that week it’s perfectly fine!

What equipment will I need?

You will need a PC, Laptop, or Tablet, that has the Zoom application downloaded.
